LEGAL NOTICE - 1/14/2026

 

 In the event that the Pleasant Township Zoning Commission meeting on January 26, 2026 is canceled, the alternate meeting date will be February 2, 2026 at 4:30 p.m., to be held at the same location. 


The Board of Trustees of Pleasant Township, Hardin County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, the 26th day of January, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in conference room of the City of Kenton Annex Building, 555 W. Franklin Street, Kenton, Ohio, for consideration of the following matter:

 

1.        Consideration of a text amendment to the Pleasant Township Zoning Resolution, as presented by the Pleasant Township Zoning Commission and approved by the Hardin      County Regional Planning Commission.


All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the matter or to give testimony. At the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Pleasant Township Board of Trustees for its actions.
